Hi bettle, | We're constantly looking for ways to improve the Dropbox experience and expand our feature offerings. In the past few years, we welcomed HelloSign—now Dropbox Sign—and DocSend to the Dropbox family, and now we'll be offering these services as an integrated part of Dropbox. If you haven't used these services before, you'll now be able to access them from your Dropbox account. We're making a few updates to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect these and some other changes: | Terms of Service | • | We added language to cover use of the Dropbox Sign and DocSend services. | | • | We added language clarifying your responsibilities should you choose to enable third- party integrations with Dropbox. | | • | We now refer to Dropbox Business teams as Dropbox Teams and have updated the Terms of Service accordingly. | | | Privacy Policy | • | We added information to explain how data collection works if you use DocSend, viewer insights on content viewed in Dropbox, or our eSignature services. | | • | We've added information to clarify how we use your data when you interact with Dropbox representatives in certain marketing contexts. | | • | We now refer to Dropbox Business teams as Dropbox Teams and have updated the Privacy Policy accordingly. | | | Please look at the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These will go into effect on April 3, 2023. By continuing to use Dropbox after this date, you are agreeing to the new terms. You can also find our previous Terms here. For more details, visit our Help Center. | Thanks! | -The Dropbox Team | |
